The Colborne Art Gallery is pleased to present Openings, an exhibition of new work by Gallery artist Veronica Derry.
Openings – a series of textile works which invite the viewer within. Through a subtle physical opening, the viewer finds focus beyond the first visual impression, allowing an opening up of thought, conversation, and curiosity. Also see The Many Faces of a Portrait, works by Gallery artists Jillian Roos Markowitz and Judith Kreps Hawkins, on display in the Heritage Room.
Openings opens Saturday October 8, 2011 with an opening reception from 2-4 pm, and runs until November 13th, 2011.
